Certified Electronics is a factory authorized service center for most major brands of televisions. Our staff of factory trained technicians regularly attend manufacturers training seminars so as to keep up to date on the latest high tech products.  For a complete list of manufacturers and types of televisions that we service, please go to our Products Serviced page. 

  To attain service on your product within the manufacturer's warranty period,  you will need to supply the following information:
   Make or Brand of Television 
   Model number
   Serial number
   Proof of Purchase (Copy of invoice or manufacturer's letter)
   Description of problem


  Some common service requests that are
not covered by manufacturer's warranty:
   Setup or cabling installation
   Customer education
   Net Command or Guide plus programming.
   Cosmetic or Screen damage not reported within 10 day of delivery
   Customer Abuse ( Scratches on or throwing something though the screens
    of a projection TV, letting a pet urinating in the vent holes of your TV, etc...)

 
Please Note: If you are not able to supply this information (lost invoice or paper work)  or are requesting service outside the terms of the manufacturer's warranty (such as extensions on labor, parts, in home service on carry in only units, setup, customer education, etc...), it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer's customer relations department to attain an extended warranty accommodation or authorization.
Warranty and contract coverage status must be finalized before any diagnostic or repair service is performed.

Certified Electronics Warranty
  All repairs are warranted for only the service performed for a period of 90 days from the date of return to the customer, on labor only, unless otherwise stated in writing. Individual manufacturer’s warranties apply on all parts. All parts and accessories sales are final. Warranty returns only.
