Certified Electronics is an authorized service center for selected extended service contracts. We perform service for Aon/TWC, Assurant, Banker Warranty Group, National Service Alliance/Costco, NEW, Phillips Priority, Service Net, Warrantech, and can handle all paper work for you. In addition, we are also authorized to perform service on manufacturer's extended service contract for Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Toshiba. If you have one of the manufacturer's contracts, you have to contact the manufacturer's customer relations department to attain authorization.  For a complete list of manufacturers and types of equipment that we service, please go to our Products Serviced page.

Getting service
  To attain service under your third party extended service contract,  you
will need to first call your contract company and request service. They will then FAX a service request form with an authorization to us. We will than contact you directly. If not supplied by your contract company, you will need to supply the following information:
   Make or Brand of Television 
   Model number
   Serial number
   Proof of Contract ( Copy of contract or authorization letter )
   Description of problem

  Some common service requests that are
not covered by extended service contract:
   Setup or cabling installation
   Customer education
   Net Command or Guide plus programming.
   Cosmetic or Screen damage.
   Customer Abuse ( Scratches on or throwing something though the screens
    of a projection TV, letting a pet urinating in the vent holes of your TV, etc...)

Certified Electronics Warranty
  All repairs are warranted for only the service performed for a period of 90 days from the date of return to the customer, on labor only, unless otherwise stated in writing. Individual manufacturer’s warranties apply on all parts. All parts and accessories sales are final. Warranty returns only.
